Feldman & Roback is a small boutique law firm on the beautiful west coast of Florida, approximately 50 miles south of Tampa in the vicinity of Sarasota. You are welcome to contact us at anytime for whatever advice and assistance we might be able to provide.

 

Marc H. Feldman

Mr. Feldman earned his J.D. Degree (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from the University of Florida in 1978, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree as a philosophy major from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1974.

Mr. Feldman entered private practice in 1979 and opened his office as a sole practitioner at its present location in 1984. Soon thereafter, he was joined by his now-retired partner, Joseph Roback, and the firm of Feldman & Roback was created.

Joseph Roback

Mr. Roback earned his J.D. Degree (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from Stetson University. He retired from the active practice of law in July 2011 but remains available to the firm as special counsel.


Alwana L. Boyd

Alwana is Mr. Feldman's real estate paralegal, primarily responsible for the purchase and sale of bank-owned properties by clients of the firm, including the provision of title insurance and closing services for bank "REO" transactions.

Linda S. Thursby

Linda is legal assistant to Mr. Feldman, responsible for assisting and supporting his substantial real estate practice (including title insurance and short sale transactions), estate planning matters, probate, and small business services.

Deborah ("Debbbie") Wren
